Business leaders are today, faced with decisions, choices and peer pressure....it’s a continuous challenge. At school, pupils are faced with making good choices about careers, homework, teamwork and personal goals often against a negative backdrop of violence, drugs, bullying, racism and more.
Confident Communicators delivers the skills to help young people make positive choices, which has a long-term positive impact at a personal and community level. Your business experience and track record of learning from successes and challenges can have a massive influence in providing young people with the confidence to deal with life’s challenges. Confident Communicators Programme, Workshops and optional Competition have facilitated pupils in debating and working through these subjects with the aid of business mentors. By engaging pupils early in life, attitudes can substantially be changed.
